[Supsiki] Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 19, 2025

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the Member regarding the use of the mobile application Supsiki and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by ChronoLab (the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means Supsiki and all related services that the Member can use through their device (mobile, tablet, watch, etc.).
  2. "Member" means a customer who accesses the "Service," enters into a user agreement with the "Company" according to these Terms, and uses the "Service" provided by the "Company."
  3. "Paid Service" means various contents (premium subscription, items, etc.) and related services provided by the "Company" for a fee.

Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)

  1. The "Company" posts the content of these Terms where the "Member" can easily find them on the service start screen or settings screen.
  2. The "Company" may revise these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, and any revisions will be announced 7 days prior to the effective date (30 days prior for changes unfavorable to the Member).

Article 4 (Provision and Content of Service)

The "Company" provides the following services:

  • Diet logging and nutritional analysis service.
  • Smartwatch-linked workout coaching service (timer, zone analysis, etc.).
  • Workout data overlay content generation service.
  • AI-based daily metabolic report service integrated with diet/exercise data.
  • Any other services that the "Company" further develops or provides through partnerships.

(Special Provision for AI and Data)

The analysis function of this "Service" is provided using Google's AI models. The food information provided may be inaccurate or subject to change as the data is completed through user participation, and is optimized for **Korean food labeling standards (categorization, nutrition, allergies).**

Article 5 (Use and Payment of Paid Services)

  1. The "Company" may provide some functions of the "Service" for a fee (subscription or one-time purchase), including 'Supsiki Pro' and other products.
  2. The "Member" pays the usage fee through payment methods provided by app market operators, such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

(Subscription and Auto-Renewal)

Subscription services, such as 'Supsiki Pro,' are automatically charged and renewed monthly. If the "Member" does not cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the expiration of the subscription period, the subscription will be automatically extended, and the fee will be charged.

(Payment Failure and Service Restriction)

If recurring payment fails due to insufficient balance or card expiration, a Grace Period and **Account Hold** may be applied according to the app market policies. If payment is not processed successfully during this period, the use of "Paid Services" may be restricted, or the subscription may be automatically canceled.

Article 6 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refund)

  1. (Withdrawal) The "Member" may withdraw their subscription (purchase cancellation) within 7 days from the date of purchasing the Paid Service. However, this may be restricted if the content is used immediately after purchase or if the utility has already been obtained by using the content.
  2. (Refund Policy) If the "Member" pays through in-app payment of an app market (Google Play, etc.), refunds and payment cancellations follow the terms and policies of the respective app market operator.
  3. (Subscription Cancellation) For recurring subscriptions, the "Member" may terminate the payment for the next billing cycle (cancel subscription) at any time on the app market's subscription management page.

Article 7 (Conclusion of User Agreement and Use Restriction)

  1. The user agreement is concluded when the person wishing to become a Member logs in using a Google Account, etc., and agrees to the terms and the Privacy Policy.
  2. (Age Restriction) This Service is available only to those **aged 19 or older**. Children and adolescents under the age of 19 are restricted from membership and use of the Service. The "Company" verifies age through birth date entry during the sign-up process and may refuse membership if the age limit is not met.

Article 8 (Privacy Protection)

The "Company" endeavors to protect the "Member's" personal information in accordance with relevant laws. The separately posted **[Supsiki Privacy Policy]** applies to the protection and use of personal information.

Article 9 (Member Obligations)

The "Member" must not engage in identity theft, infringement of the "Company's" intellectual property rights, or unauthorized commercial use of information obtained from the "Service."

Article 10 (Attribution of Copyright)

The copyright to works created by the "Company" belongs to the "Company." Copyright to content generated by the "Member" within the "Service" belongs to the "Member," but the "Company" may use it within the legally permissible scope for service operation, **AI learning**, and promotion.

Article 11 (Limitation of Liability and Indemnification)

※ This clause must be noted for the safety and rights of the Member.

  1. (Not Medical Advice) The nutrition, exercise, and metabolic analysis information provided by the "Service" is for health management reference only and is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional consultation under any circumstances. All health-related decisions must be made in consultation with a specialist.
  2. (Eating Disorder Prevention) The information displayed on the "Service" is reference material and does not encourage excessive dietary restrictions. The "Company" is not liable for issues arising from blind reliance on this information.
  3. (Data Accuracy) The food information provided is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, and the "Company" is not liable for outcomes resulting from data errors.
  4. (Exercise Safety) When performing high-intensity exercise, the "Member" must consider their own physical condition, and the "Company" is not liable for accidents or injuries, unless caused by the "Company's" willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Lawsuits filed between the "Company" and the "Member" shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and suit shall be filed in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act in case of dispute.

Article 13 (Governing Language)

This English version is provided for convenience only. The original Korean version of these Terms shall govern and prevail in case of any conflict or inconsistency.
