🚀 Open Beta Service & Operation Policy
This Service is currently in the 'Open Beta' stage to verify final stability before the official launch. Members must fully understand and agree to the following special conditions before using the Service.
- 1. Local-First Data Storage: To protect privacy, all data is stored only on the 'Member's Device' and not on the Company's servers. Data may be lost permanently if the app is deleted.
- 2. Updates & Data Compatibility: During the beta period, existing records stored on the device may be initialized due to internal data structure (Schema) changes required for essential updates.
- 3. Data Recovery (Health Connect): Data linked with 'Google Health Connect' is safely preserved and can be restored after app reinstallation.
- 4. Permanent Protection of Paid Purchases: Regardless of data initialization, 'Pro Subscription' status and 'Purchase History' are linked to your Google Account and protected safely.
- 5. AI Operation Policy: AI features may be restricted or applied differently depending on the operating environment (cost, network, etc.) of each country due to reliance on Google Gemini LLM.

- (Local Data Storage) The Company does not collect or store Member data on a central server. Primary responsibility for data preservation lies with the Member.
- (Update Initialization Indemnification) During the Open Beta period, app updates for performance improvement may cause local data initialization due to Database Structure Changes (Schema Migration), and the Company is not responsible for restoring this.

- (Limitation of Information) Nutrition/exercise analysis provided by the Service is not medical advice, and the Company is not responsible for results arising from blind reliance on it.
